Personal Training with a Deeper Understanding
I’m Nikki, one of Oxford’s leading female personal trainers, with over 10 years’ experience supporting people of all ages, sizes, and abilities particularly women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies.
Alongside personal training and nutrition, I’m also a soft tissue therapist, which means I have a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and responds to training and I can help rehab injuries or pains. This allows me to coach in a way that’s not only effective, but intelligent, safe, and tailored especially important during midlife and beyond.
I work with complete beginners, those returning to exercise after a long break, clients seeking significant weight loss, and women navigating menopause who want to build strength, protect their joints, and future-proof their health.
I’m based in Oxford, working from a private studio in North Oxford, supporting clients locally and across the surrounding areas.
Weight Loss, Emotional Eating & Mindset Support
For many people, weight loss isn’t just about food or ex-ercise, it’s about what’s happening under the surface.
In addition to personal training, I’m also a Solution Fo-cused Hypnotherapist, specialising in weight loss and HypnoGastric Band therapy. This approach can be par-ticularly helpful if you:
- Eat in response to stress, fatigue, or emotions
- Feel guilty, frustrated, or out of control around food
- Recognise patterns of self-sabotage, despite your best intentions
Many clients choose to combine personal training with hypnotherapy, allowing them to build physical strength while also addressing emotional eating, motivation, and mindset. Often they notice that weight loss becomes eas-ier and they feel calmer, more empowered, and less stressed too.
